Hello everyone
Today we had a team meeting of the Crafty Piglets.
One of the things I asked everyone to bring was some swaps.
A swap is a project that you make multiple times and take along and share and swap with other demonstrators, so you have lots of different projects.
Here is the swap I made for today's meeting.
It is a Drummer lolly covered and decorated.
First, I measured the lolly: for this one I used a scrap of Designer Series Paper 1" x 6". I wrapped around the lolly lengthways and peirced a hole so that the lolly stock could be pushed through. After wrapping the lolly and glueing in place with Liquid glue, I added a belly band of Whisper White Flax ribbon to hold the lolly in place. I punched 4 butterflies and layered each one on top of each other and added over the join of the flax ribbon. I also added two pearls to the back of the butterflies and tied a piece of flax ribbon into a knot and added it to the bottom of the wrap with a glue dot.
Cute and very easy to make.
Thank you for visiting my blog today.
Happy Crafting!
Wendy
Here are the goodies I used to make this project.
