Here is a card that was made at Stamp 'n Sip using the Inspiring Iris stamp set.
Yes, I know that's not an Iris! Even I know that the flower is a carnation )))
and ooo, its Very Vanilla.... ages since I used it... note to self... must use it more often!!
The images were stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla using the Stamparatus. Colour is Garden Green. This was easy to do using the Stamparatus - hinge technique... to do tis, pleace the stamp in the top right hand corner of the Stamparatus then stamp. Next lift up the plate and move down the hinge, stamp and repeat until you have filled your card mat. So simple with the Stamparatus.
The flower heads were filled in with the coordinating stamp using Terracotta Tile. This is two-step stamping.
Then the middle flower head was punched out and once we had attached our mat to the base card this punched peice was attached with dimensionals just to pop it up.
The bottom of the card was decorated with a peice of Designer Series paper from the Woven threads designer series pack. The edge was punched with a retired punch - sorry. Then it was stamped with the long design and some bling added. Ribbon was also added across this piece. (Sorry the ribbon used has retired, but there is some lovely Scalloped Linen ribbon that coordinates)
Look aren't these beautiful cards!
Well done ladies, you were all brilliant! and look at that lovely crafty mess.... a good sign of crafty enjoyment!
