The Laptray Crafter : Stampin' Up! Honey Bees

Hello everyone

Today's project is a lovely octagon box, that looks a bit like a beehive.... well that was the intention, what do you think?

I used the Honey Bees Stamp set and coordinating Detailed Bees dies and some of the free Sale-a-bration Golden Honey designer series paper to decorate.

Here is the lovely box... cute eh?

These are the measurements to make this box:

Whisper White card: 8" x 10 1/2", scored at:
on long side 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 3 3/4", 5", 6 1/4", 7 1/2", 8 3/4", 10"
on short side: 1 1/4", 2 3/4", 5"
turn back and on the long side score from score to the first horizontal at 1 7/8", 4 3/8", 6 7/8", 9 3/8"
from where these score lines meet the horizontal, score to both the right and left hand corner of the box beneath

To decorate the box, cut Golden Honey designer series paper as follows:

4 pieces = 1 1/8" x 1 1/8"
4 pieces = 1 1/8" × 1 3/8"
8 pieces = 1 1/8" x 2 1/8"
