Its time for a tough conversation. We've all seen and experienced delays whenever products need transporting or shipping.
We've seen the news and know that everyone is talking about a Global Shipping crisis.
Fortunately up to now, our Stampin' Up! orders have managed not to be too badly affected.
But now, well... I need to let you know where things stand.
Ordering
When you process an order, if a product is not available, you will be informed, but unlike in the past that product won't be orderable, until it comes back into stock.
Its a pain, I know, but with the way things are, Stampin' Up! like lots of other companies, are caught between a rock and a hard place; so with supply chain shortages, transportation and delivery difficulties delays cannot be avoided.
So, if you are ordering for Christmas, please submit your orders by 16 December.
Orders after 16 December are not like to arrive before Christmas.
Sad, I know.
Of course, if there is any basic item - glue or other adhesive for instrance, you need urgently, please get in touch, I might be able to help you out.
I am sorry to be the bearer of this news, but I thought it better that you knew.
